Only you or your personal representative have the right to order your medical records online. A personal representative can include several people:
- A person who can make health care decisions for you using a health care power of attorney
- The parent or legal guardian of a child
- The executor or administrator of a deceased individuals estate
- Your attorney with a signed HIPAA authorization form
