Medical Offices Fees

The fee schedule set by Order Medical Records is affected by the fees physicians’ offices charge to release records, which varies from office to office. Many medical offices and hospitals thoroughly check patient records for accuracy before releasing them, so they charge a fee to cover that service. Most charge $30 or less, but if their fee surpasses that amount, Order Medical Records will contact you for approval to proceed.

Copying & Shipping

At Order Medical Records, we charge different rates depending on the size of the medical records. For medical charts that are less than 200 pages, the standard pricing applies, but if they are larger, additional fees will be incurred.

Our Services

Acquiring, making copies and/or scanning, compiling, and securely storing your files takes a lot of legwork and time. The reason we’re able to provide these medical records to you is because we charge fair, reasonable prices to all our valued customers. Delivery Method Pricing

Prices for your medical records vary based on what format you prefer your medical records to be in when they’re delivered to you. If you’d like an online download only, the price will be $34.99. If you’d like the online download and CD delivery, you will be charged $49.99. To receive the paper file and online download file, it will be $54.99. If you need your medical records ASAP, there will be a rush fee of $20.00. To get your medical records via overnight mail, pay an additional $25.00. If a certified on-site field agent is requested or required, there will be a fee of $20.00.
